End User License Agreement

This Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the developer of Shelter Fall and governs your use of the Shelter Fall application ("Licensed Application").

Standard Apple EULA

Shelter Fall is licensed under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is included with your use of the App Store and applies to all apps downloaded from the App Store unless the app developer provides a custom EULA.

• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce this agreement

In-App Purchases

Shelter Fall offers an optional in-app purchase ("Remove Ads"). All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
